A neighbor on a bike,
for the small stuff
Prescription runs, a few groceries, boxes to the curb, a hand when you’re not up to it. The little errands that are easy for me and a real relief for you — usually same day, right in the neighborhood.
Am I free right now? Check the light.
It works like Uber or Instacart — except it’s just me. I flip the light from my phone as I head out or step away, so the color below is live. Green means I can bike over soon, amber means I can talk it through now and come by later, and dark orange means I’ve just stepped away. No app to install, no account — just check the color and send a request.
Checking whether I’m free…
One moment — either way, you can always send a request.

The kind of help I can lend
Quick errands by bike
Prescription pickups, a few groceries, dropping off a package, returning library books — the short hops that eat your afternoon.
Light packing & moving help
Carrying boxes down to the curb, packing up a few shelves, sliding a piece of furniture across the room. An extra set of hands.
A hand when you're not up to it
Recovering from surgery, down with a cold, or just can't lift it today — I can run the errand or drop off a meal so you don't have to.
Neighborly, within reason
I’m a neighbor with a bike and some free time — not a licensed caregiver, nurse, or medical aide. I’m glad to run errands, drop off food, or check in on someone, but anything medical or ongoing-care I’ll gently point toward the right professionals. Everything stays in the immediate neighborhood.

Who's actually knocking on your door
Me. I’m Johanna — the same person every time, not whoever an app happened to assign this morning. I’ve lived in the same Southside house for thirteen years, I’m in my fifties, and I get around by e-bike. When I say twenty minutes, it’s because I’m already a few streets away.
I spent my whole career in IT, so I’m fairly unshockable about the state of anyone’s house, and I’m not going to make you feel silly for asking. If it’s easy for me and a relief for you, that’s the whole idea.

Arrives by e-bike
Same person, every time
Small jobs, done same-day, close to home
I get around by bike, so I stay close to home — that’s what makes quick, same-day help possible. A few things neighbors ask me for:
- Prescription & grocery runs
- Package drop-offs
- Carrying boxes to the curb
- Light furniture moving
- A meal dropped off when you're sick
- Checking in on a neighbor
- Library & post-office runs
Wondering if you’re in range? See the service area, or just send a request and I’ll tell you honestly if it’s a fit. Need something more technical instead? That’s my main thing.
