RVA Tech Help is a local services business that's still being built. I'm a software engineer in Richmond who pivoted into hands-on tech and home services — and I'm building the platform to run it from scratch. Read about the app →
You don't need to join Patreon to hire me — the quick intake form is open to any neighbor in the Southside area and I'll get back to you (typically within 2-3 hours).
Patreon is for people who want to follow the build, support the work, get early access to the real booking app once it ships, and be part of shaping how this grows. If that sounds interesting, pick a tier below.
What Members Get
This isn't a passive subscription — you're joining an early community with real, tangible perks.

Common Questions
Do I have to join Patreon to hire you?
No — not at the moment. While the booking app is still being built, anyone in the Southside Richmond area can send me a quick inquiry via the intake form and I'll get back to you (typically within 2-3 hours). Patreon is currently optional — it's for people who want to follow the build, get early access to the booking app once it ships, and (at the VIP tier) reach me directly.
Do I need to be in Richmond?
For on-site booking, yes — I primarily serve Forest Hill, Westover Hills, and surrounding Southside neighborhoods. The Observer tier works from anywhere if you just want to follow the build.
For remote tech help and software development services you can book me right now through Upwork without joining Patreon.
What happens after I join on Patreon?
Neighbor and VIP members receive an access code to unlock the booking app once it goes live. Create an account here, enter your code, and you're in. The app is still in development — if your main reason for joining is to book a service today, the quick intake form is the faster path.
